God's Plan for a Joy-filled Marriage is hosted by Catholic Charities. This group Marriage Preparation Program meets on Friday evenings for four weeks. God's Plan for a Joy-filled Marriage offers engaged couples a more complete understanding of God's plan for marriage and human sexuality. God's Plan for a Joy-filled Marriage introduces couples to the beauty of the Church's vision of marriage as proclaimed by Pope John Paul II in his Theology of the Body as presented by Christopher West. Various key portions of the Decision to Love Preparation Program are integrated into this program. Session #4 also includes a Natural Family Planning presentation by Certified Natural Family Planning instructors.

Engaged Encounter is a weekend away with other engaged couples to plan your marriage. It is designed to give couples planning to receive the Sacrament of Marriage the opportunity to dialogue honestly and intensively about their prospective lives together – their strengths and weaknesses, desires, ambitions, goals, their role in the Church, society – in a face-to-face way. Individuals and couples of all faiths are welcome. Presented at Immaculata Retreat Center, Willimantic.

The weekends are $399 per couple, pre-paid in full ($50 non-refundable in case of cancellation). This includes two nights lodging and four meals. Presented at Immaculata Retreat Center, Willimantic. Deadline for sign-up is one month before the weekend. You may reschedule for another weekend - if a cancellation is made less than two weeks before the scheduled date. Money will be returned only if your place on the weekend can be filled by another couple.

Twogether In Love Program affords the engaged couple the opportunity of meeting with one married couple, in their home, for four two-hour sessions. Study materials are provided. This program offers a chance to share and discuss on a couple-to-couple basis.
