“As more and more grocers and Connecticut retailers begin to phase out single use plastic bags, reusable bags will become a necessity for everyone. Being able to purchase a reusable bag and help a non-profit like Catholic Charities is a win-win. Every dollar makes a difference for an agency like ours and every dollar counts! I hope that Stop and Shop customers will consider Catholic Charities as their beneficiary”, said Edward J. Tessman, Executive Director of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Norwich.
